Working hours
I am happy to work on a short notice, I work evenings and weekends. I don't charge extra for work done outside standard office hours, because I don't keep such hours. Please contact me using a contact form and I'll get back to you in less than 24 hours.
Hours:
Mon - Fri: 9AM - 8PM
Sat and Sun (if needed): 9AM - 3PM
Rates
I treat all assignments in the same way, whether it's
a 300 words long letter from a head teacher to be translated into Polish or medical records to be translated into English. I'm a perfectionist and will not finish the job until I'm sure it's as good as it can be.
Please get in touch with me with information about the type and length of text that you need translated, or proofread, or a type of interpreting you require, and I'll get back to you with an individual quote.
I will get back to you in 24 hours at the latest and I will take under consideration a deadline requested, extra editing or proofreading of the text and whether it's just a one off assignment (special lower rates for regular clients).
As for interpreting, I do charge for travel, I think it's only fair as I'm prepared to travel wherever I'm needed. I stay in Edinburgh and so I can get to anywhere in Scotland and I travel by public transport.
